Customers can initiate a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please log in to your account on our website.

Navigate to your Order History section and select the item(s) you wish to return to generate a return request.

Once your request is submitted, our support team will review it and provide further instructions if required.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used during purchase.
