• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Products damaged due to manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments can be returned or exchanged within this period.
• Used, altered, or damaged items due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

Process to Initiate Returns

• Contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order details, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
• Our support team will verify your request and share return shipping instructions.
• Products must be packed securely in their original or adequate packaging to prevent damage during transit.

➢ Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment.
• If the return is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
